WanderWorld acts as an agent for various third-party travel service providers. We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers. Therefore, WanderWorld is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.
